Please review our customer transaction policies below.
Welcome to MoLink. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our digital transfer and payment aggregation services ("Services"). By accessing or utilizing the MoLink platform via our web portals, QR code systems, or mobile interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with any transaction.
MoLink provides cross-network transaction routing, processing, and financial digital simulation utility processing. Our services allow users to initiate and cross-settle funds between several regional mobile wallet providers, digital systems, and financial networks, including but not limited to:
MoLink routes transactions dynamically based on user-supplied data inputs (such as names, account paths, reference tags, mobile money cells, and bank account numbers). The user bears sole, absolute responsibility for verifying that all numbers and targets entered are completely accurate.
MoLink executes transaction arrays exactly as submitted. MoLink is not liable for funds routed to an unintended party due to customer typing errors or incorrect identifier entries.
MoLink reserves the right to charge transactional processing fees for routing across distinct cellular and bank channels. All applicable fees will be calculated and clearly displayed on the payment confirmation interface prior to transaction execution.
Transactions are subject to minimum mandatory execution floors. The baseline minimum across standard transfer arrays is E25.00 (Twenty-Five Emalangeni) per transaction unless otherwise updated within the UI parameters.
To comply with regional anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) security protocols, MoLink dynamically enforces systemic velocity and transaction frequency limits (e.g., automated tracking of frequent small micro-transfers under E200, rapid structural in-and-out patterns, or anomalous daily spikes). Accounts breaching these risk envelopes will face temporary transactional holds pending compliance investigation.
To safeguard your funds from network latency or accidental multi-clicks, MoLink applies cryptographically secure hash verification on inbound transactions. A duplicate request identifying the same customer, destination channel, specific amount, and execution type within a standard 60-second rolling window will be blocked automatically by the system. The platform will issue an alert statement indicating that a request is already being actively processed to avoid double debiting.
Because MoLink coordinates downstream handshakes via telecommunications and banking APIs (including MTN MoMo, standard banking switches, and API webhooks), transactions may occasionally display a PENDING status due to downstream external gateway timeouts, settlement lag, or maintenance windows.
If an external clearing partner hard-declines an execution, the transaction status will be marked as FAILED. MoLink guarantees that if a payment fail state occurs at the aggregator level before structural disbursement, the transaction token is invalidated, and the originating funds will not clear our system.
Once a transaction is finalized by our network partners and recorded as SETTLED or SUCCESS, it is immediate and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed by MoLink.
In the event of a disputed unverified execution or platform processing failure, users must submit a formal escalation request referencing their unique MoLink Transaction Reference ID (Ref ID). All disputed entries are routed automatically to our Compliance and Risk Escalation Team for forensic audit log evaluations.
MoLink deploys robust enterprise security protocols, including anti-Cross-Site Request Forgery (anti-CSRF) verification matrices, Content Security Policies (CSP), strict data transport parameters, and cryptographic AES-256-GCM PIN vault protection.
Any attempt to manipulate API parameters, exploit webhooks, execute cross-site scripting attacks, use the service as a mule account layout, or forge idempotency keys constitutes a material breach of these terms. Suspicious activities will result in immediate platform access termination, asset suspension, and data reporting to national financial intelligence agencies.
